Darko is simply the best!! I took my Hermle mantle clock in to him two weeks ago as it had not been working for several years. I had previously been to another clock repair shop and they were going to replace the quartz movement at a cost of almost $ 200. He recommended fixing the existing movement, since he had seen this same defect many times before AND he said the newer quartz movements did not have the same sound quality or volume as my existing one. He only charged me $ 100!! PLUS he said he would give me a 2 year warranty on the repair!!

His honesty, knowledge, and integrity in this field is second to none. He also thoroughly explained the specific issue with my clock and how he would fix it, in advance. I have my clock back now and it is working and keeping time perfectly!! He is the guy I will go to for any future clock or watch issues.

I only went in to get 2 watch batteries replaced, a referral from the guy who won't do watch batteries anymore. Quick, low cost and a nice guy. The place is amazing with some of the most beautiful clocks.

Darko is an absolute gem! He was able to get my Grandmother's Zaanse clock working beautifully even though it had experienced lots of wear and tear over the years. Would recommend his services to anyone, he is pleasant and very kind, taking the time to explain the intricacies of my antique piece.

My watch was giving me issues. I went to 2 jewelers who didn't handle watch repairs. One jeweler told me to go to Big Ben as "he can handle anything and everything you need" so I went it to Big Ben expecting to leave my watch and return in 7 to 10 days. Darko recognized the problem, took it apart and serviced it while I stood there at the counter. I had it back running in about 5 minutes and the charge was minimal. Impressive friendly service, I highly recommend this business for your service and purchases.
