She is approachable and very down to earth, which I believe are very important characteristics, as it can sometimes be challenging to discuss certain issues. I can typically get in with her fairly quickly and she takes her time. I enjoy going to her office because her receptionist, Lisa, is always very friendly and will engage in conversation.
