Customer service, especially during COVID was quick, friendly and safe! The bike we ordered online was quick to become available and looks so much better in person than online. We shopped on a few sites and are so glad we supported local! The quality of the bike and pride was excellent! Would highly recommend!

Great service. Took my bike in for servicing. They stuck the their time and price estimate despite the challenges of covid19. Highly recommend.

Recently I had a flat tire and brought my bike to AMBASSADOR BIKES for repair. They took my bike right away and had it back to me in less than 10 minutes. Regretfully, I ended up with another flat the next day. I brought it back again and they were apologetic and repaired it for no charge. Within a couple days I, again, developed a flat. They again repaired it no charge.

I would like to commend AMBASSADOR BIKES for taking the time to figure out the problem and for going above and beyond to fix the problem. It wasn't about making a "buck" it was about excellent customer service.

I haven’t ridden a bike in years and was grateful that the staff took the time to listen to my needs when helping me select the perfect bike. Because I had my children with me, they were able to bring it outside to the parking lot to view and take for a quick ride around the lot. They explained everything in detail and I felt very safe since the staff were all wearing masks and gloves and were only allowing one person in the store at a time. It was a great experience, I LOVE my new bike and I have already recommended them to 3 other people!
