SANDRA the co manager at the GUESS OUTLET in Windsor needs to be applauded during these difficult times of being in lock down and closed to the public! Not only did Sandra stay on the phone with me the entire time and explained the whole shopping /return process to me she went over and beyond and sent me visuals of what she thought would go with what I was looking for, for my mothers day gift!!
