Purchased two pairs of glasses today from Hakim. Roksana was polite, honest and very professional. I told her what I liked and didn't like and she brought me multiple pairs to try. Took my daughter here to get her first pair of eyeglasses. I've dealt with this location before, particularly with my aunt whose prescription is very difficult to do and Hakim has always done a wonderful job with her. We dealt with the optician student (can't remember her name) but she worked with Ana and both were very helpful. They took their time and helped my daughter pick two frames that she loved. When we came back two weeks later we got a very thorough adjustment by the district manager who was in town and the glasses were made to fit perfectly. Great customer service and attention to detail. And everyone working was genuinely nice! A pleasure to deal with.
