The woman working here is wonderful. She couldn't work on my boots since they weren't real leather but gave advice on how I can fix it on my own.

Cindy is very nice and accommodating. She is experienced, nice, friendly and skilled, and also knows her art well. Would recommend for all kinds of alterations

I needed to fasten a lace tension-ing device to my snowboard boot and though this was an odd request, the shopkeeper was very positive and worked out a solution for me. The boot was finished the next day. Excellent service here.

I've had boot zipper repaired...awesome job. I have had clothes tailored too. Very satisfied. Very friendly service. Reasonable prices. Cash only is the reason for 4 star, not 5 star rating ..
