The small group training feels like personal training, which is amazing. I love that a routine is set up each day to maximize my time there and to ensure that I receive a complete workout. I am never standing around wondering what to do. The group classes are my favourite because of the variety. Every class is planned out and you can tell that a lot of time, thought and consideration was put into this. No matter what I do at this gym I always leave sweaty and feeling I have accomplished something good. I always feel encouraged when coming to PURE whether from the trainer or the other members.
