“We ended up leaving Lake Minden RV Resort a night earlier than expected. Here's why... The campground was very nice though: big spaces, far from the freeway, clean bathrooms, etc... However, the lake was closed to everyone except the jet boats while we were there. The temperature was over 100*. It was a disappointment to be thought of as not as valuable as the jet boats. I understand that it is a safety is, however, I wonder: did we not pay the same rate as the jet boats? Moral of the story? Ask if ANYTHING is closed while you are going to stay there. Maybe ask for a discount if your purchase is not going to include the full slate of amenities advertised.”

We also met Richard the manager who not only helped on the floor but also helped with the unit when I picked it up. He went out of his way to make us feel like important customers and helped make our purchase and pick up easy and quick. “Edit: Shortly after leaving this review, the owner contacted me to address the issue. She was very pleasant and apologetic about the situation. She surprised my mom the next day with another beautiful bouquet. I truly think she went above to make the situation right. I would use this company again. The flowers were extremely late. Like nearly 7:30 pm before they were delivered. I guess that the driver had issues finding her house? Even though it’s all perfectly displayed. She called him back, and he said he’d have to coming later in the day because he is busy doing something else at the moment. It would have been nice if they delivered earlier so she would have been surprised for her birthday. Or even if he called me, who purchased them. Also, the actually arrangement significantly differed from the online photo. I understand that some flowers need to be substituted due to what’s available. However, this looked different. Also I purchased at the $80 level and it looked as big as the image portrayed at a $60 level. They arrangement was pretty, however I don’t feel I got what I paid for.”
