My good friend John A. referred us to Pen Financial. We were very unhappy with TD Bank, once a customer for 40 plus years ..TD Bank became arrogant and steel like. They lost the human touch.

I met Catharine Palmer ( Financial Services Specialist at the Dorchester Branch ) for our mortgage application... recommended by the ....PenFinancial CEO...from the first minute it was amazing....very welcoming, professional knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and accommodating. They are competitive and had better mortgage rates and saving interest accounts than all major banks at the time.

Sandra Arsenault - Financial Advisor/Mutual Fund Specialist - was excellent and accommodating during the Christmas holiday busy time.....she assisted with such professiolism, quick responses, emails and is very knowledgeable. We are also moving all our RRSPs to Pen Financial.
