Bloomers Flower & Gift Market

First time at the store, 2days ago. Love the bouquet ordered, it looked so beautiful and would have definitely paid more in another store for that. Customer service was above and beyond, nice, friendly. We got a free card and other goodies. Would definitely be back and I’ve referred them to anyone who cares to listen.

Right before Christmas and at the last minute, this shop out together a lovely charcuterie basket for our brother and sister-in-law. We called from Vancouver and before long we got a thank you message from our family. I would highly recommend this shop for their friendly and accommodating customer service, quality products, and prompt delivery. Thank you to the staff at Bloomers!

The best florist I’ve been to in Niagara Falls! I called a couple of hours ahead to order a flower arrangement for my mom’s birthday to pick up. The lady on the phone was lovely to deal with. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and a price point. When I came to pick up the arrangement I was amazed at what a beautiful job the florist had done. The arrangement looked like it would cost double what I paid. The florist was a super lovely and friendly lady. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I know nothing in CANADA, I just checked any near flower shop to my best friend home, it was very easy to select the gift and do the payment, I contacted them on phone just to be sure everything is going good and the lady was very nice and helpful.

The bouquet was very beautiful and I am glad that my friend liked it, it was a nice birthday gift.

Blown away. Best florists from whom I've ever ordered! The bouquet was a surprise for my girlfriend on her birthday and not only was the bouquet delivered on time and exactly as ordered, but it looks really carefully and thoughtfully put together. The chocolates were a hit, too. Will gladly order from Bloomers again.
