After going to many phone stores who were not being able to figure out what’s wrong, I was told from someone to go here (Mobile Point). I did some serious damage to my iPhone 12 in the case of the screen not responding to my actions and charger not working. Ameer, who I spoke with, was very sincere, kind, honest and was able to help fix my phone when no one else could, and was able to get my data back that I had lost from the 12 into the 14 pro. If you ever need someone to fix and/or look after your phone, Mobile Point is the place to go! Ameer is knowledgeable in what he knows and will try to get your device fixed under any circumstances! Will go to him next time when I have another phone under issue :)

I bought a iPhone 8 Plus. Very nice experience. He really helped me out and showed me everything he could . There really is some nice guys out there that are honest in business. I definitely would go back to him.

Great customer service. I made an appointment to get a phone but I was running late. The gentleman had to wait for me despite the time for closing had already reached. Very knowledgeable about different phones . I strongly recommend of you are looking for reliable place for your next iPhone

First contacted mobile point through a Kijiji ad, they were quick to answer any inquiries! I ended up trading in my current phone and got a brand new phone from them with a nice discount + my trade in value! Will be back to get my laptop cleaned by them!

Such a great experience from the start! Definitely a great selection of used phones at great prices, with 3 month warranties. I loved the clean shop and he even put on my daughter’s favourite movie to watch while we waited for a repair. When I had to leave to do an errand , he offered to deliver me my fixed phone to my house 30 mins away from the shop
