I was so unbelievably blessed and lucky to have the chance to meet a lovely and knowledgeable young woman named Amanda Kramer at the Fort Erie store. To say that I don't understand technology is an understatement, not only was she helpful in making sure I and my children had what we needed in our price bracket, she also made me feel comfortable. I had no worries when she was giving advice (as I needed a lot of it), and she was absolutely amazing with my teenagers who are not easy to please. I truly hope this review gets to whomever is in charge of handling employee files, this woman should be running the company!!!! If this ever gets back to her, thank you so much for all your help, complete knowledge and understanding, it was and is still greatly appreciated.

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff that sell you exactly what you need. Amanda was great at helping me add a line, find the best plan, and how to get replacements for my warrantied products purchase here. I was able to get an appointment quickly and their rates are reasonable. Highly recommend this Rogers store.
