We were in the process of removing a rotting deck and replace it with a smaller one. When the top boards were removed we found that the gas line pipe ran from the house under the deck 12 ft to the other side. We could not remove the deck completely as the gas line was attached at the other end and did not want a 12 ft pipe hanging in the air. I called and spoke to Chris who came out and cut, threaded and capped it until we were ready for the deck to be built, Then he will come back and hook it up when we decide where we want the BBQ. This guy is absolutely fantastic. Chris is very knowledgeable, pleasant, reasonablely priced and just an all around great person. I would recommed this company to everyone. Very very happy. I am also glad that there are other services he handles as I will most definately have him back to do them in the future.

Chris showed up early took a look and and educated us on how the furnace functions. The furnace started working again on its own when he started it up and we didn't need his services. He barely charged for the stop. I would highly recommend Acumen to anyone iffy about HVAC services. Definitely our new go to guy!
