Grimsby Family Medical Centre is hands down the best care I’ve ever received. Dr. Ysselstein is 10/10 and actually cares about your symptoms, feelings and over all health. Kim at the front desk is spectacular and is always so busy yet gets everything done so fast and efficient. All of the nurses are so kind and caring as well. I’m so happy to be part of this medical centre :)
I had two ingrown toe nail procedures that I had really bad anxiety for but Dr. Sway at the Family Medical Centre but me at ease and handled the procedure perfectly! I have healed really nice so far and cannot wait to finally be able to not suffer from ingrowns anymore. Thank you Dr. Sway (I hope I spelled your name right) for all that you do. Sadly she is leaving the clinic and I will miss her!
I keep seeing posts about Kimberly but i have never had an issue. she has always been extremely nice to me, very helpful, and is always positive when i walk through those doors. without Kimberly there it wont be the same. Dr.Inglis and Dr.Sammuels are amazing. both extremely nice and very helpful and understanding!
I've been coming here for years and Kimberly at reception is an unshakeable presence, always kind and smooth for the busiest receptionist in Grimsby. I just adore her. Dr. Sumereau, my new doctor, is proving to be an excellent asset to this fine practice. Thanks for all you do.
