I can't say enough good things about Henk and Emese. I used them earlier this year for both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new one and when they say they go above and beyond they mean it. I never expected to be in the situation where I'd have to sell my house due to factors beyond my control or be looking at buying another on my own and relocating my children from the only town they'd ever lived in. It was a daunting prospect and one with many steps I didn't know how to navigate. Emese made me feel like a friend and was always happy to go look at another house in the search to find the right one, and was excellent in making sure the house was deep cleaned and staged for viewing. Henk really went above and beyond to help prepare my property for sale, including trips to the dump and assistance with minor repairs as needed. They were realistic with the listing price and I sold for close to it. When I lost out on one home in my ideal neighbourhood they helped me find another right away in the very same area for a very good deal, which ended up being an even better fit for us than the first one. I will recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell, they are truly fantastic!

Henk sold my property while I was out of Province and made the whole process feel easy. My selling situation was more complicated by having tenants in my place, but Henk went over and above to sell my place and find my tenants a new place to live. Emese Zaduban and husband Henk Vanden Beukel were very welcoming and professional in their approach to real estate.
