I went in expecting an experience like having my teeth pulled , since I was looking for a new phone, and I needed all my data changed over to my new phone. Vinny helped me choose a great phone, and also put me on a better plan. The team worked together to make sure my transition was smooth,and I was out of there in no time. I ended up getting a better phone, for less, and team was very helpful.
