Tara is very knowledgeable and has helped me improve my overall health and well being. Red light specifically has helped with joints/muscle swelling and pain due to osteoarthritis. Vital link, as a whole, has many services that enhance and compliment one another. It's great that most every need I have to improve my health is in one location. Even my doctor(s) are pleased with the positive results I get. All clinicians are friendly and welcome you with a smile. A very warm and welcoming place for sure.

I just had my first massage here for a sore neck. Danni was very kind and knowledgeable when explaining things. That was one of the best massages I've had and the place was very clean and cute. Would highly recommend.

Katie is absolutely amazing. She gives the best massages and really makes the most of my time while I’m there! I was told about Lisa through my public health nurse Christine when I found out my daughter had torticollis, severe neck, back and shoulder pain and also a tongue tie. As a first time mom, it was a lot but Christine talked so highly of Lisa that I gave her a shot. I’m so glad I did because she has been everything and more than I hoped for. Each visit we are welcomed by the phenomenal receptionist and you feel like you’re at home. She’s so kind, helpful and puts a smile on your face. It’s very clean, cozy and calming inside the building. My daughter absolutely adores Lisa and it’s made me look forward to her appointments. She has helped my daughter tremendously and we have gone from weekly visits, to every two weeks to now monthly. Lisa is knowledgeable, caring and wants to help you. I can’t thank her enough for how much she’s helped my daughter and would recommend her to anyone. My daughter went from not turning her neck at all and struggling with eating to moving her head so freely and eating so well. Highly recommend Lisa, you won’t regret it.
