The company was able to accomodate a last minute change of delivery day. On the delivery day, there were some difficulties with parking the delivery truck due to a utility truck blocking the road and another vehicle parking in the building's loading dock. Despite that, Sergio and his partner were polite, professional, and efficient.

Chantal managed the shipping of my dishwasher like a pro, providing timely and concise information and as well as to insights into appliance shipping as a whole. After a terrible customer experience with both Canadian Appliance Source and Electrolux at least Wide Range were willing to go above and beyond expectations with their customer service in cleaning up the mess that the manufacturer and retailer are willing to dump on the customer.
