I’ve been a customer before at this location under its previous name, and I’m returning for multiple reasons. Mainly the rodent problems at the other facility. I don’t remember having any issues with rodents or anything of the sort when I was here before. Lynda Goertz was extremely helpful and pleasant to converse with, even remembered me from years ago. It’s nice to have such good customer service around still.

My friend, Igor Pav, doesn't have a Google account and asked me to leave his review under my account. He started renting a storage unit a couple of months ago. He is absolutely happy with the service he has received and told me that their manager Lynda helped him with all his storage concerns. He thinks the people who operate the Access storage in Beamsville are awesome. They are so friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and well-taken care of. He highly recommends that place.

Access Storage in Beamsville is very clean and easy to get to to by car. My family had storage units there for years and never had any problems with break ins or weather damage. The site is very secure with entry only by password at the gate, and then entrance to your storage unit with your own lock. Lynda at the desk is very helpful and professional. I would continue using this place except I don't live in the area anymore.
