(July 23, 2023, 4:29 pm)Domino's is our go-to for pizza, both because they offer a gluten-free crust that isn't terrible and because they make really delicious pizza.
The reason I'm not giving them 5 stars, however, is that I have observed them using the same pizza slicer for both gluten-free and regular pizzas on multiple occasions. I have brought up my concerns with their team, and was given an apology and an assurance that it would not happen again. Unfortunately, I observed it again this past week.
I again brought it to the staff's attention, and they immediately apologized and re-made the pizza for me. This was an acceptable resolution, but my concern is that the message doesn't seem to be getting through. If I hadn't been in the store when they were coming out of the oven, it would've been bad news for the gluten-intolerant person in our family.
Anyway, it's still great pizza and the best gluten-free option available. I guess I'll just have to make sure I'm always there to watch them cut it? Not great.
(July 13, 2023, 6:18 pm)The staff is always amazing, and they are absolutely fantastic about fixing the mixups when they happen (although I think in 3 years, we’ve had 1 single mix up)!
Can’t recommend this location enough, and the food is always 🤤
