Kayaking was wonderful. Easy enter with a launch.
This is a lovely place to simply have a picnic by the water or to do some paddle boarding canoeing or kayaking. The bay itself is nice and calm however you can venture out onto the lake itself. There's a boat launch here that is public but there is also a launch for a rental place where you can rent a kayak and other water vessels for a very cheap. I personally love Jordan babe because it's sort of like a little hidden spot not too packed with people but again very lovely and scenic.
A lovely place for taking a leisurely kayak or canoe paddle. Or for those better prepared an access point to lake Ontario. Seasonal washrooms, parking and a couple of docks.
We love coming to Jordan harbour to kayak. It's a beautiful area and lots to see. There is a public pavilion to have lunch or catch some shade. We did a picnic with 15 people with BBQs and a nice long kayak.
Awesome place to go for a paddle. Beautiful scenery and prices are reasonable. I rented a tandem kayak for 2 hours for $45. No washrooms nearby though, so you have to be OK with the bush... 😉 We saw tons of turtles, blue herons, ducks, geese, and the waters were calm.
