“My daughter transferred to Great Lakes for 2nd semester of grade 9 and she is loving the students, teachers, and the challenging curriculum. The small school allows for more one-on-one time with the teachers and has enabled her to meet almost everyone in the school within the first week of attending. I have found that the teachers and administrative staff are completely invested in making sure my daughter excels in her studies and is on track to get into the university program she desires. Joining a new school mid-year with only 15 grade 9s and already having completed 7 high school credits could have posed a very large challenge for the guidance counsellor but she handled the scheduling with ease.”
