Had a wonderful experience with my eye examination with Dr. Merritt.

Dr Merritt is a most excellent English gentleman and I highly recommend him to you for all your eye care needs. He is also very proficient at mathematics.

Going to the eye doctors...any place really...during COVID is a bit of a worry, but Dr Neil Merritt & his whole staff did a wonderful job of making me feel safe for the entire appointment.
The only allow 1 patient in the office per hour and encourage hand sanitizing.
They ask all the health questions, take your temperature, masks (of course) and they practice distancing as much as possible.
While waiting for your dilating eye drops to kick in, they have a dedicated and experienced staff member give you personal assistance in choosing what kinds of frames might be best for you (sanitizing the frames after touching) and give you prices that include the lens, extras, and frames (so no sticker shock).
They are all very professional and friendly, down to earth and caring people.
I was very glad to have gone to have my eye health assessed and to get my new eyeglass prescription.
Congratulations to Dr. Merritt and his entire team for doing such a great job during such difficult circumstances.

I always look forward to my eye appointments with Dr. Merritt. He is a compassionate, caring and a gentle doctor/person. His eye examinations are thorough and explains to you his next action and reason behind a specific text he is conducting. The staff are always polite and welcoming.

Very thorough with my eye care, Dr.Merritt talks you through the full exam, answeres any questions you may have. The girls at desk very professional. Although, I did find their price for new glasses a bit high, but you have lots to choose from. Great optometrist!
