  Adam made buying my house a fun adventure as I was new to the area and new to re-sale house buying. He skillfully helped me to narrow down my choices of neighborhood as I was all over the places. He was always available to answer my questions and hear my ongoing concerns. It's like a friend who helps to find the right home in a perfect neighborhood.
  He's wonderful and friendly to work with, at the same time very honest and professional.

  Adam is fantastic, very personable, professional and easy to get along with. No pressure realtor with a wide variety of knowledge. You'll feel comfortable and confident working with Adam! He helped us sell our home quickly and find exactly what we were looking for in our next home. He is very responsive to questions, scheduling viewings, and with the preparation of paperwork which is so important in this market. Thanks again Adam for all your help and persistence!

  Adam was great and showed his dedication from day one. I told him what our price range was and he hooked us up with a program that gave us frequent updates of new houses on the market in the areas that we were looking. He always showed up on time and while walking through the houses he would take his time and teach and answer any questions. We felt comfortable while shopping with Adam even in the houses we didn't like. Eventually we found a house that we are happy in and Adam still to this day has been keeping in touch.

  Adam was an A+ realtor. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions about the whole process (lawyers, mortgages, property taxes, home insurance, home inspections etc.) and he was able to answer ALL of them (or direct us to someone who could) even though it was outside of the scope of 'finding us a house'. He was super responsive through text, call, and email, and was always on time for our showings/home visits even when we went to 4 different cities in the Niagara region in one day. He suggested properties for us which fit our budget/location, and was receptive when we said we wanted to visit specific properties. Adam is a realtor who cares about his clients and not just making the sale. Overall, he made the whole home buying process easy and enjoyable and made us feel confident in our purchase. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
