Ryn's Furniture

Went in to source new furniture for our yet to be finished new house. Darlene came over with a friendly hello and we launched into what we were thinking. With Darlene's excellent sense of style and ability to bring our vision to reality we are very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend Ryn's in Niagara Falls and Darlene for her helpfulness, patience and answers to our many queries.

We started the day at the Brick (no one even approached us), went over to Aaron's (had no selection) third was Ryn's and we had full intent on going other places, but the exceptional customer service that we received from Darlene, we knew we wouldn't have to look anymore. Firstly the store has a very large selection of furniture and the cleanliness was prestine. Prices were very reasonable, but Darlene is what made the experience exceptional. We are taller fellas just looking for a couch to match new floors in our basement. She was able to tailor to our larger size, her knowledge of textiles and colour matching was unreal. She was very patient with us as we asked a lot of follow up questions, went home to get a floor sample and a third opinion (as it is a large purchase). She was very approachable and paid close attention to our needs. Going in for one sectional, coming out with a sofa, loveseat, and ottoman surely shows the level of customer service we were receiving. Darlene was very professional and honest with best practices on purchasing and maintaining the couch with product protection ideas. We have never dealt with such an outstanding individual along with such a great environment. We can't wait for our couches to come in and will be going here first next time for our furniture needs. Beautiful furniture. There are fabric you can choose to customized the furniture you want.

We went in to Ryn's Furniture on Lundy:s Lane in Niagara Falls looking for some new furniture for our newly renovated basement. Darlene greatest us immediately and asked us what we were shopping for. We explained our situation and she began showing us different floor models. Since both of us are very tall she said this may be challenging, but that didn't stop her from finding us the perfect fit. Not only that, she was able to find us the perfect colour of material to match our space. We left very satisfied with our purchases today. 10/10 for service and knowledge. Highly recommend going to see Darlene for your future furniture needs.
