Niagara Parkway Court Motel

This place is simply perfect. Our room felt like a home away from home, it has everything we need and it's not overpriced! My boyfriend and I were just here for New Year's Eve and now we're going back for Valentine's Day; it will be the first time we've stayed at the same place twice.. that's just how perfect this motel is. Looking forward to going back!

The owner is very empathetic and her sister in law is outstanding (Linda) who takes care of property... It feels like home here and is a very nice room with kitchenette and large bed. Couch t. V patio view of river... The place is a great experience.. Also Linda is a great host.

This motel was quaint, well priced and clean. The owner was exceptionally friendly. Each room had it's own theme. Great location 7 min away from the Falls/tourist area. Right by the water. Great restaurants near by. A very nice find and will be staying here again.

Was Very Pleased with our stay, Friendly Staff, Went out of their way to Help us Even carried our Luggage Up to our Room! JoLing has Very Friendly Attitude!! Very Clean Room, No Plug in Bathroom only Problem!
