this place is amazing with lots to do my kids didn't want to leave they had sooo much fun anyone looking to get away in the falls this is the place for you very clean all amenities included feels like home

Fantastic place for a wedding party weekend! Our host Ken was an excellent communicator and attended to our every request swiftly while providing an exceptional stay.
We weren't planning on it, but we will be back again!

Ken is a fantastic Host and has a great place in a perfect location here in Niagara Falls, Canada.

Ken is so kind and a fantastic Host and he has so many great cottages nestled on such a lovely corner property with acres of fresh air and outdoor sporting and gaming facilities - here in Niagara Falls, Canada. I would recommend Ken's place to anyone planning a trip or vacation with family or a large group of friends. Ken's place has a huge property with so many beds and bathrooms a great patio bar with a great Kitchen and Family room area for hosting a family meals, parties or any kind of special family occasion/celebration. If you need a place to stay and play - you won't find a better place in Niagara Falls than Ken's place.

Ken you are a great guy and we are so glad we choose your Stay 'n Play at your country cottages for the bride, bridal party and her family's "home away from home". Ken we couldn't find another bnb with such a huge property and one place with so many large beds and bathrooms that made the bride's family hangout a great place to chill and rest in preparation for our BIG DAY. It was the best place for us to host our family meals, stag and doe party and to crash for a few hours after we did our pictures on your gorgeous country cottage a couple of hours before the wedding reception. If we ever need a place to stay - in Niagara Falls we know who to call. Thanks for 'everything' Ken ~ Chris & Sally.

We stayed in the lower loft for my friends Bachelor party. Sleeps probably 12-13 people. It's outfitted with several beds/bunk beds, bar, poker table, pool table etc. Out back there's horse shoes/washers/lawn bowling etc. Really great spot within walking distance of a highly rated gentleman's club.

Ken was great to book with, would highly recommend.

We had a group of about 20 guys on Feb 17th of this year. The photos do not depict an accurate image of this place because it is 100 times better than the pictures. There was so many rooms and it is very spacious. Vince was amazing and so helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. We had an amazing time and i would recommend this place to anyone. As a matter of fact all the boys want to come every year, if they will have us. lol.
