Really an excellent property to stay, very neatly maintained with high quality interiors, furniture's & furnishings.

Fully functional kitchen, with all appliances & utensils to cook your own food. Also has washing machine for laundry purposes.

Had an excellent stay along with my family for about 12 Day's, which was a really pleasant & memorable.

The Niagara Falls is just 5 mins from the property.

This place is highly recommended, can accommodate a family of 12-15 people easily.

A no regret place....

Couldn't get enough of this place. By far one of the best bed and breakfasts that I have been to. Not only is it a beautiful building but the owners were such wonderful people and made us feel very welcome. They knew all the places we should go and were very hospitable. The location of it is great that it is within walking distance of the downtown core if it is a nice evening but it is far enough away that you don't have all of the noise that comes from being in a city environment. Would 100% recommend to anyone as I loved this place so much and will be coming back next time I am in Niagra Falls!

The Villa Gardenia is not only in an ideal location in relation to Niagara Falls, it sits just feet away from the scenic river. This beautiful updated bed and breakfast looks as though it came from a fairy tale. The Koi pond leading up to the entry is both soothing and welcoming, and the back yard is ideal for lounging and relaxing, including an above ground spa. The room sizes are spacious and tastefully decorated, with views of the lush green yard. What would this experience be without friendly and accommodating hosts? We felt right at home upon arrival, and were even surprised with a card, flowers, and a balloon for my birthday, which was the reason for our trip. The well rounded breakfasts were exactly what we needed to kick start each day, as we shared stories and travel tips with the other guests. This enchanted bed and breakfast deserves a thousand stars, and we will definitely be staying here the next time we visit! Thank you for the most wonderful experience!

What a wonderful experience and comfortable stay. We were very happy with the wonderful hospitality and nice breakfast. The rooms felt very new or recently redone, very fresh and beautiful. Close to WE GO Niagara falls bus route which was convenient. Highly recommend this B&B.

My wife and I stayed at Villa Gardenia for a weekend visit to Niagara Falls. From the moment we arrived, we felt very relaxed and felt right at home. The house was filled with positive energy.

The Teramo room that we booked was very bright and friendly. We were very comfortable, especially sleeping on the memory foam matress. The fireplace in the room was also a great touch.

I love eating breakfast, and the food every morning was spectacular. So much better than the continental breakfast you'd get at a hotel.

Our hosts were extremely friendly and gave us lots of great ideas for things to do in the area.

If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of staying in a hotel and be treated like a friend, rather than a guest, Villa Gardenia is the place for you to stay.

We are definitely coming back again! 10/10
