I saw a listing for a mobile home in one of Ontario's more prestigious parks located in Niagara on the Lake. There were 2 - 3 units available and although Wendy was the listing agent for 2 out of the 3 she helped make arrangements to see all 3. Unfortunately on the day we went 1 of the mobile homes had not opened yet and didn't want their unit shown. Regardless, after viewing the 2 units we did see we knew that regardless of our choice we wanted Wendy as our agent. We found her to be punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely courteous. We then made an offer to purchase one of the units we saw and put in an offer. Even though Wendy had a hectic schedule for the weekend she still found the time to present our offer to purchase and over the course of the weekend had everything done electronically by email--so add tech savvy to her list of attributes. So if you're looking for someone extremely pleasant to deal with, as well as being very professional whether you're buying or selling, then Wendy Midgley is MOST DEFINITELY someone you should call 1st and have her representing you--you'll be glad you did!
