(June 21, 2022, 6:32 pm)Everyone at the shop has been great it was a pleasure to deal with these people. Larry spent alot of time with me going over the bike at my house. Larry delivered it to me and spent at least an hour explaining all the details about the bike. Since it is my first bike I appreciated all the knowledge that he has and he was very receptive to all the questions that I had. I would highly recommend NRC to anyone looking for a Kawasaki product. I love my new Vulcan s. Thanks NRC
(April 11, 2022, 4:11 pm)First time dealing with then and was a pleasurable experience buying my Ninja 1000SX through Ryan and Larry.
Had been looking for this bike for a while and found one with them, called and spoke to Ryan who was kind enough to take pictures of the bike and email them right away and even hold the bike for me.
Larry called later in the evening and explained the entire step by step process very patiently. He spent almost an hour with me on the phone taking information and reserving the bike for me. Once all the financing an other formalities were done he called me in to sign papers.
I asked them to deliver the bike and Larry personally came to drop it at my place.
Highly recommend going to them.

Larry, Patty, Ryan and the rest of the team at NRC were accommodating, professional, and transparent through the whole buying process. Dealers everywhere could certainly learn a few things from NRC.
Larry and team went out of their way to prepare and deliver the new bike on short notice. Larry's passion and enthusiasm for the motorcycling industry is evident after just a few minutes talking with him!
I would highly recommend NRC Inc. for any of your Kawasaki or motorcycling needs, and I will continue to support their organization in the future.
(February 25, 2022, 7:54 pm)After finding an online ad for a 2021 Versys 300 X, I called Niagara Race Crafters and had the pleasure dealing with the owner Larry. From our first phone conversation to the time I picked up my new bike, my experience was excellent. Larry is honest, thorough and prompt with all his correspondence. I live out of town and had a very smooth transaction. When I arrived for pick up, everything was in order, the bike was spotless and ready for transport. The showroom and shop were inviting, organized and clean. Larry, Patty, Ryan and Jeffrey were personable and friendly. I am very happy with my experience and it is refreshing to see that people and shops like this still exist. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another bike from Niagara Race Crafters in the future.

I took the racks off yesterday and they say mfg by NRC, Ontario, Canada 905-468-0076. That would be this company: Niagara Race Crafters Inc: 5 Star Kawasaki dealer | NIAGARA RACE CRAFTERS INC. (nrcracing.com) but it doesn't look like they make the racks anymore. I've seen similar though so hopefully a search turns up something.
