I had an exceptional experience with Ken at Elevate Automotive. He truly went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. Not only did he perform a thorough brake replacement on all corners of my minivan and fix the struts, but he exceeded my expectations. Ken's communication skills were top-notch; he kept me updated on the progress of the job and provided me with accurate cost estimates. His punctuality was impressive, and he even managed to find a creative solution to lower the overall cost by utilizing a gently used part instead of insisting on new ones. Ken's dedication to customer service was evident, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm confident that I'll turn to him for any future automotive needs without hesitation. Have used Elevate on 2 seperate occasions. On both it has been an excellent experience. The first time, Ken returned my call on a weekend as I had left a message due to time constrictions for getting my brakes done. Ken got me in and out within the timeframe I had which was extremely short. On the second occasion, I was again booked in very quickly, diagnosed and fixed in a very timely manner. On both occasions Ken was very thorough in explaining the findings and recommended work, even giving several options to remedy the issue. Pricing was very competitive for the quality of work, service, attention to detail and clear and concise communication. Would recommend Ken and Elevate without hesitation.

Ken is a great guy to deal with and very fair. He understands how to treat a customer with respect which seems to be lost today by most places. I highly recommend Elevate. Ken did an outstanding job on our vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Our SUV was in and out in a couple of days.
