I’ve had the pleasure of knowing the studio owner, Heather Fenton, for nearly a decade. We’ve collaborated in a variety of ways- as clients, co-facilitators, business colleagues, and friends. Over the years, I’ve witnessed her dedication to her craft and to the people in her life. She is a woman with many talents (a skilled graphic designer and meditation/yoga teacher to name a few) and most importantly is authentic, open-hearted and acts with integrity. Her mindful and caring nature have enabled her to cultivate and support such a lovely community. I love visiting Stream Yoga + Meditation- it's a beautiful, welcoming and accessible space- a gift to Port Colborne and the wider Niagara Region.
