“This motel has had a major turn around! Though some of the rooms are still dated the are slowly updating. For reason I can not get into, The owners and Manager have a heart of gold We had a very clean room and the service was outstanding!! The manager of the property ( I believe her name is Shirley) is salt of the earth. She offered to bring her personal fire pit so we could cook s'mores with my niece. She brought sparklers over for all the kids that were playing on the front lawn. How cool. We have not had better treatment at a 5 Star and we travel a lot. If we ever need a room in the Port Colborne area again we WILL be staying at Seaway.”

“I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the kindness and special treatment we received at the safensound storage. We stored there for almost two years and was so impressed with the service from both owners,. The place was spotless, you could eat off the floors it was so clean. Our unit was easy access with a door that slid almost by is't self. Everything was so secured and it was so easy to get in and out. No mice, no bugs and no funny odors. I never felt nervous going alone. I really appreciated their expertise and would return in a flash if I needed to store things. Thanks guys for everything.”

“Extremely overpriced if you ask me. It's just a warehouse where they plywood framed up a bunch of units with wood doors. Kinda false advertising based on the pictures, it doesn't look like this at all. I still give 4 starts because they have cameras and the place is clean and not as bad as it first looks when you get over the initial shock of asking what the heck is this place. They should really be more affordable as there name suggests especially with the DIY units they have thrown up. A 25 to 30 percent reduction in price would fit the bill. Cheers.”
