(June 29, 2021, 4:51 pm)I have a mobility scooter that no one in Ontario seems to carry. I called to get a tire fixed (I had all the parts from the manufacturer, but was unable to do it myself). Hannah answered the phone and told me they would be glad to look at it, TODAY. I took it in and Luke took care of all I needed in the time it took me to grab a latte from Starbucks down the street! Service was exceptional and quick. I will be back for all my future scooter issues (Although I suspect it won't be for awhile, since the work was top notch)! Thanks Hannah! Thanks Luke! Much appreciated!
