Redline BBQ Catering

I can't say enough good things about Redline BBQ! They catered our backyard wedding last weekend and it went off without a hitch. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and Matt was wonderful to work with every step of the way. We had a bunch of Texans in attendance and they've made a point to tell us how good it was!

At first we were hesitant to go with non-traditional catering for our Niagara wedding day but we are so happy we did! The food was delicious and we had rave reviews from all of our guests. They also made the planning process seamless, which was especially helpful since we live outside of Niagara. Would highly recommend Redline BBQ!

Matt does an amazing job ! We recently ordered a catered lunch for staff and everyone was blown away at the quality of everything he had prepared. He delivered it hot and on time, with all the necessary accessories. He even went out of his way to provide a gluten free option for one of our staff members. We all recommend Redline hands down!
