Karen is an great stylist and very lovely to chat with. She listens to everything you ask for and explains her process. She'll tell you if something won't work too, which I really appreciate. Great prices too!

I called on a last minute notice for my 4 year old daughter for a trim and she took me in which I am thankful for! And I am soo thrilled and happy that I went there and no where else. I've been soo hesitant as to where to take my daughter as the last two experiences weren't great at all. Karen was welcoming and kind and child friendly and even gave me tips on cutting my daughters bangs which she even allowed me to do! I'm a true pro now! Hah! My daughter left with a huge smile and in her words "I want to go back! She is amazing!! I like her!" She loves her new trim, just as long as her long beautiful hair wasn't all cut off lol
