I had seen Linda for a similar problem about 10 years ago, and I did not hesitate to return to her again for treatment. Her new office is located in a strip plaza with easy parking. You can book appointment times online, including early morning appointments (7:00am) which worked best for me. Linda is very patient and knowledgeable, and gives great advice and instruction for ongoing home exercises. In-office, she used several treatment methods to ease my problem, including expertly-applied acupuncture. It only took a couple of visits before I was feeling much better. I highly recommend Linda Gaspich.”

Personally I am a hug fan of Korean food, have gone to so many Korean restaurant and so far, this one is the best in Niagara region. “Our kitchen was installed 1994 , 26 years ago using a new product called melamine and has worked out great. Not much money at the time so choose thermoform. It is just now starting to need replacing so thought elmwood kitchens deserved a review. The designer name of the kitchen was Plerne or Pierne. Great job by everyone at Elmwood Kitchens.”

“I was on a bike ride and got a flat, as I was changing my inner tube a bunch of cops showed up to deal with some issue in the area. Meanwhile it turns out my spare tube also had a hole in it and I was pretty far from home. I was calling CAA at this point, but before I spoke to them, and as the cops were leaving one of the cops pulled up and asked if I was alright, I explained the situation and he offered to give me a ride to a nearby bike shop. He did not have to do this, but it was very much appreciated.”
