“This place is absolutely amazing. We have had dozens of boxes from Chz Plz, and they never disappoint. The owner, Marisa, is lovely and always accommodating. My partner surprised me with a large box for part of a birthday surprise, and it was massive. There’s easily enough in there for four people, if not more! I am always pleased with the varieties of meats and cheeses, as well as the accompanying fruits and veggies. One nice change they have made is including a QR code on the box. When you scan this code it brings you to a link that shows what is in the box. I highly recommend to try Chz Plz if you are looking for charcuterie.”

“Amazing burgers with super friendly and sweet owners. Service with a smile and left feeling happy and full! Tried the bacon and cheese 6 oz. Burger combo meal. The fries were crispy the whole time I ate and it was not salty or greasy, just how I like it. Burgers are delicious and the bacon was not greasy either. Definitely a must to visit if you're in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat. :-) I will recommend to my family and friends!”

“First time ordering from here, I went in for the Tuesday deal and was hesitant because of the negative reviews. So the customer service was great and the girl in the front was polite and checked to see how long it would be and the wait time was 35 minutes exactly what they said which is pretty good considering they were super busy. Now, I cook my own pizza at home and I have to say for the price it was amazing, even my girlfriend enjoyed it too. Nothing negative to report. I've been looking for a new pizza place since I don't always like cooking and you've just earned yourself a new customer, keep up the great work! :)”

“I recently stopped in here for a slice after a stop at one of the stores in the mall. I was impressed by how friendly the staff were. About a week later I decided to get pizza and wings and I was not disappointed! Once again, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Just recently went back for a slice after Sunday Grocery shopping and again very friendly, prompt service. I believe this was the same employee from my previous post shopping visit. These guy are a bit further from me but based on my experiences you cannot beat the friendliness and customer service here. On top of that I can't complain about the food either!”

“I have yet to try the pizza (which has won a local award). The pool tables are pretty popular and there were more than enough tables for a friday night crowd. Didn't see anyone play the slots(the town has been getting too many slot cafés).The drinks were often missing their garnish. Fries were pretty good with cheese dip. They do have an in-house cocktail menu that covers the general taste preferences. I enjoyed a Cucumber-Melon-Lime type of drink.”

“First time I’ve tried fat cats and honestly I think it’s probably the best pizza and wings in Niagara. Pizza was fantastic, cup and char pepperoni with perfect crust. Cooked perfectly. Wings were big and they have an awesome selection of sauces. Calzone was great too. I’m not easily impressed and both myself and my wife really enjoyed the food. Definitely ordering from here again!”
