“Recently had to deal with Chris who is the "safety compliance Manager" from this company regarding an issue I had involving one of they're trucks and my car. I was very worried about approaching them because nobody likes to be blamed for anything but I couldn't be happier with the end result. Chris was nothing but professional and courtious. He was more concerned about my personal well being than my own wife was! The mishap was so very minor I was almost embarrassed to approach them. If Chris is the standard for how this company operates, then I would recommend them any day! A shipping company doesn't own 40 or more trucks by being second rate! So a huge thankyou to Chris for your compassion and understanding, and thankyou to Andy (owner) for having the smarts to put Chris in the position he seems to be made for.”

“Recently had my brakes done. I cannot say enough about the customer service, quality of work, and integrity of the management. I dropped in, asked for a quote, without them seeing my vehicle. I was given a very fair one based I what I was previously told. They did not try to upsell me the Cadillac of brakes for my 2012 SUV. Not only did they do my brakes, I had a couple filters changed that were not available last time I had an oil change done elsewhere. When it was time to come pick up my vehicle it was not only pouring rain, but lightning. I had mentioned I needed the car that evening and would be there as soon as there was a break in the weather. Minutes later I got a call, and I was offered a ride. I am not sure if this is normal small town service, but I was very moved by the offer and pleased. It gets better. When I went to pay my bill, IT WAS LESS THAN QUOTED! We all live in fear of getting the bill from the garage. I must have had that puzzled look on my face. Thank you for your service is what he said. Yes, I am a Veteran. Well, A & D Automotive, thank you for the incredible service and kindness. I will be back!”
