In the face of unnecessary hostility and vulgarity by some of the deceased's family, Mr. Gervais and his staff remained professional, courteous, and supportive. The compassion that they showed the rest of the family was beyond reproach. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I would like to thank Tianna for the excellent help I received for all the arrangements of my father's funeral. Every question or concern I had were met with smiles and answers. Till the very end when she helped with the paperwork, her attitude never changed from the smile I first received till it was all done even with the few issues we had. She and Roger were very professional. They never strayed from our original family wishes and it went very well. Roger Gervais and Jennifer and staff were very sympathetic and made this tough time for my family much easier for my family to deal with.
