Joe was responsive to our request for service of our gas fireplace. He replied to my voicemail within 3 hours and was able to come the following week. He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of useful information with us as first time owners of a gas fireplace. He cleaned up the fireplace, thoroughly checked the safety features, and gave us confidence that our unit is safe. I would 100% recommend this company.

Joe arrived at the arranged time and assessed the problem with the fireplace immediately. He was very protective of the parts and surroundings while working on the fireplace and covered the floor with a heavy pad to prevent any damage. He worked very efficiently to repair the problem and even cleaned the glass and parts and repacked the glowing embers before finishing. Based on a 5 star rating system I would give Camo Gas a 10! I virtually met Joe on a Facebook Group Small Business Owners of Southern Ontario where business owners we’re telling about themselves and their businesses. I put mine on there and Joe put his. He mentioned about Fireplaces and making them look new again. Another member asked a question and he answered it and showed a before and after picture. Well the before picture was just like my fireplace. We have never in 23 years done anything with the fireplace so I booked him in. My fireplace looks brand new. His knowledge is outstanding and his approach to safety for you and your home in around these devices is spectacular.
