(December 4, 2022, 10:17 am)Friendly staff and never mess up my coffee order witch is great love this Dunkin and they don't charge extra if you want extra flavor in your coffee unlike other Dunkin in the area always a pleasant experience and it's very clean

It was an amazing experience. Anthony is wonderful to deal with, very kind and pays attention to the little things, he is also very accommodating. Very very thankful that I had this experience. Anthony you are great!
I work in Hamilton and he stayed late on a Friday evening to make sure I had a chance to go over everything with him. For this I am very thankful and 100% will recommend and will continue to bring my glasses here!

(December 19, 2021, 9:46 am)They treat you great, and they do not look down at you because you are on O.D.S.P. or on any kind of program ,I like the way they do all the paper work for you, also the service is great, and I am very happy with there service
so if you need glasses or hearing aids ,this is the place to go , because I am happy with my glasses and hearing aids. and both eye test and hearing test was super I rate them with ten stars

I highly recommend Welland Optical & Hearing. The hearing Aids from Nick have ALWAYS been great.
(March 12, 2021, 12:47 pm)Coming here was one of the best experiences my grandmother has had when it comes to hearing aids and services for them. Nick originally helped with fixing a part for a hearing aid in the same day and it felt brand new. When it came time to get a new one for my grandmother, he helped us every step of the way through the hearing test, choosing which hearing aid was the best for her, and even the paperwork. He did it all very quick and efficiently and this is the only place we will go to from now on. Thank you!
