(September 17, 2019, 9:57 pm)I just reached out to KO Cell Services in a panic tonight as My iPhone 7 Plus was not charging properly and getting worse by the day. I was constantly fidgeting with the charge cable to get it to work. I am head out of town for 10 days and did not know what to do. Within minutes of my message at 9pm at night, Keith messages me back and explained the simple fix that I need to do. My phone now seems to be charging perfectly. Thanks Keith.
