I have worked with several CIBC branches across Canada and the team at this small branch in Smithville always provide A+ service and holistic advice. Yes I am also an employee for CIBC, but I work in a national role facilitating mortgages across Canada. You will also not that I help this branch with their mortgage clients remotely. I have seen how they helped so many of our clients during the pandemic and I am so proud to call them my business partners. You deserve 5 stars.
