“March 28 2021 My car was dead today. It was either the stupid anti theft response or my battery is getting old. When I called CAA the lady (I didn't catch her name) was very good, sympathetic, and very professional. The young man who can to my rescue was fabulous! He went well over and above getting me started again. He also sprayed some anti-corrosion stuff to help with battery life. He then went ahead and topped up the air in my tires. All of this in the rain. I usually do everything for myself so this treatment made me feel so special. It was a great way to flip a bad start to my day. I wish I knew your names to give a personal shout out. Thank you again folks”

Dr. Lasley was very professional in sharing his perspective of my children’s orthodontic needs while respectfully understanding that our previous orthodontist had a different perspective. To me it showed great strength and confidence on Dr. Lasley’s behalf that he handled the situation so professionally and respectfully. It was an easy decision for our family to switch orthodontic care to Dr. Lasley. I feel so much more at ease with the course of treatment outlined by Dr. Lasley. My kids feel ease at his office as well. My son who has special needs was met with patience and understanding every step of the way. Comparing the 2 offices, the newer technology at Lasley orthodontist meant quicker times for imaging and clearer x-rays. AOG Group representative, and my Agent, Elizabeth Gubbins was extremely helpful in assisting me while I was making the decision to change. Elizabeth was available to answer any questions I had and was extremely patient as I navigated making the change. Allstate has a lot of coverage options and Elizabeth took the time to explain anything I needed help with, as well as taking the time to explain the advantages of having various coverages which I was not familiar with, as they were not available (or not presented to me) with the previous company. The price of the coverage was better than my previous company, and was competitive with other “popular” commercialized insurance companies. Even if the cost is more than other companies, I would strongly encourage someone to seriously consider the AOG Group, as the individual attention received from your personal agent is worth the expense, in my experience.”
