Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to best practices for exercise post-partum and is there to support you on your fitness journey. The virtual classes are short (30/45 minutes) which makes them easy to squeeze in between baby naps. Better yet, almost all of the classes are suitable for baby wearing. While I've only attended virtual classes, it feels great to be a part of the Fitmom community and I'm looking forward to attending classes in person one day.
