I bought a sprayer second hand , 6 years ago (not from them) and they continue to give me the time and service AND parts (which they almost always have in stock) as if I bought it brand new from them yesterday . I am a small vineyard , a blip in their business, likely never to buy the big gear they sell. But they always have time for me , even when they are working on bigger projects. Andy was ready for me right at my appt time with the cap ready to drop onto the back of my truck. I ordered a set of Weather Tech mats for my Ram 2500 while I was there. “Had a great experience with Dixon's this week when we needed the back windshield replaced on our service truck. Both Dave and Todd were great to deal with and prompt to respond to our calls. They even accommodated the engine driven welder we had in the bed, which greatly limited their access for installation, but they still managed to skillfully install the glass without complaint. To top it all off, the ordering, installation time, and quoted price were exactly as promised. Very pleasant process and experience.”
