Ted and Arnold came out and provide unparalleled, exceptional service helping resolve my vehicle issues. Both men went above and beyond helping, and even told me to leave my truck with them so they could repair it while I attended my course. My course was hosted by Ken who did an excellent job ensuring that all class members left with knowledge and confidence regarding safety concerns when dealing with heavy lifting machinery, and ensured we were competent when operating the machinery to help prevent future workplace accidents from occurring. “We've used Uptown Body a few times for body repair. Once was for a fairly minor accident but the second was when a deer hit my car. Yes. THE DEER hit my car. It happens, Judge Judy. Very little damage to the front but a lot to the side. They did the repair professionally and fairly quickly (which was nice considering how long it took the insurance company to decide that they would fix it). They also identified for us damage that had done to the back after it had gone to the tow lot and thankfully the original tow company that had picked up the car had taken pictures so we could get it all handled at the same time. Only complaint is that it was later discovered that the sunroof didn't work which they told us was absolutely a result of the accident but not something they repair. No worries, we got it fixed and all is good. Friendly and professional, I'd recommend them any time.”
