“After having a few contractors “drop the ball” I searched for a company to have my central Air Conditioning addressed. We had sticky air in our home. I knew we had a leak or failure. I called Evans. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant. She advised that a technician would come out for a fee. I said OK. By the way … their email and text messaging system is phenomenal. Technology is important but personal attention is crucial! Chris Vocal showed up. 10/10. I can’t say anything else. The guy is a legend! Knew his craft, showed me !!! (Very important) … closed me! On install day this morning 6/14 Kameron Jacobi and Craig showed up … on time .. again 10/10. These guys were at my place from 8:50-13:00. Clean, professional and personable. I highly recommend this company and if you’re lucky you’ll get one or two or three of these guys. The perfect Trifecta. Thanks Guys and Gal. Great experience. Unlike some builders/contractors, Shawn does not charge a mark up on materials and he would even work with our own vendors. But his best quality is his honesty and the commitment of "a deal is a deal". He would not quote you a price and threw you a surprised bill two third into a job, holding you hostage. Any additional charge, he would clear with us and get a sign off. To him, it's about making customer happy. If there is a problem, he would come back and fix it. To make a customer happy and get a referral is more satisfied to him than money.”
