“Stayed here on July 4th with my family. Great location and staff were very friendly but the room was so incredibly hot last night. My toddler and we were sweating all night unfortunately. The AC wouldn’t go beyond a certain temp and we were just too tired to go down to reception. Staying here again with friends later this month but hopefully we won’t have the same problem! Other than that the room was nice, clean, modern and spacious. The restaurant looks great too but we didn’t end up eating there.”

“I went with my two close friends from Sunday to Wednesday. The resort is very nice, especially if you’ve got young kids, as the waterpark is small and a bit juvenile but still enjoyable overall. They’ve got two slides, a wave pool, a kiddie pool, a hot tub and a play structure. The rooms are clean, well kept, and spacious. They do not really have complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash besides the a 3-in-one dispenser on the shower wall, but otherwise the rooms were great. You don’t interact much with staff, but when you do they’re all very kind and polite. Overall a good stay & experience, I would come back 👍🏻”

“COVID has really put a damper on trailer season, but Highland never fails to make the worst of times the best of times with what allows. Highland has exceeded their safety precautions for their patrons and its soo nice to see new people in the park who have become part of the family. Our new pickle ball court has people playing again and laughing. I have been in this park for 2 years now and would not want to be anywhere else. The management, people, and the way the entire park is run, makes it truly a home away from home. Its a caring community who looks out for each other and the management team makes sure your voice is always heard. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call your summer get-a-way”

“Didn't expect too much . Room with 2 queen beds on the 2nd floor was 100$. Children slept on 1bed. Smell of Indian curry and smoke was but a little. The linen was clean, no bed bugs. Chairs were a little dirty. Bathroom is ok. There were soap and shampoo. The best thing is refrigerator and microwave are in the room. The neighbors were too noisy at night in the 3d floor. For this price it is super room. If you want luxury, pay 500$.”

“We came here recently for two nights as part of a cycling tour of Niagara through Velo-Quebec. This place was definitely the best place we stayed at. Having never been to a B&B before, we really were not sure what to expect. Judith, our hostess & owner, was amazing. She enlightened us about the local history & places to shop & visit. She even made dinner reservations for us both nights we were there. The only thing that beat all of this were her breakfasts. They were made by Judith herself from scratch & were amazing. The time & effort she put into this was incredible. In addition to all of us this, the rooms & bathrooms were comfortable & clean & we were able to park our bikes in her garage. We are certainly planning a return visit hopefully in the near future. Thank you for all you hard work from Lisa & Nick.”

“Best summer Ive had in years. Great staff, campers, committee. It is a no frills park. ( no laundry facilities, showers are a bit difficult but very clean) Park priced accordingly. Doubt you'll find a better priced park. Lots of planned activities. 10 min drive to town.”

“Great location, loads of paid parking on-site. Staff are not overly welcoming and the service for the rooms is non existent. Called down for fresh towels and was given a lecture about how to reuse towels for 4 days....no thank you. I wanted our room serviced on day 3 and nobody came to do so even after calling the front desk to please do so. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Everything was very clean upon arrival. I would recommend staying here.”

“1st time guest here, me and my better half went here, it's close to a good bunch of the wineries. The breakfast is phenomenal! And the staff are so friendly! Especially the hostess Christine! “I would love to stay at this hotel again, without a doubt. Even though it's only a two-star hotel, I'd choose it over a four-star one any day. The room was spotlessly clean, with a bright and inviting colour scheme. Checking in was a breeze, even without any human interaction - I just called Phill at the front desk to get the password, and then picked up my room key. Checking out was just as easy - I just had to drop the key in the box. Perhaps it was because we came during the off-season, but the hotel was very peaceful and the sunlight was plentiful. I felt right at home after checking in. They provided everything I needed and made my stay comfortable and convenient.”

“Bought our RV here and extremely pleased. Service was fast and friendly. The model we purchased was cheaper here than other nearby locations and online. We had lots of questions and they were happy to help us. We brought our trailer back for some minor maintenance and they had it fixed promptly, and made sure to walk through the trailer with us afterwards as well.
